The
Birmingham Law Library was founded in the
early nineteenth century to provide a high quality,
legal information service, to the law firms,
barristers' chambers and commercial firms of
Birmingham and the West Midlands. Whether you
require case law, legislation or precedents
sent directly to your office, the loan of key
legal text books, information-seeking advice
or just a quiet place to conduct your own research,
we can help you to find the information you
require when you need it.

How
to Find Us
Via New Street
Exit through the main ticket barrier to the centre
of the station concourse and take escalator up to
the next level. Turn left and follow the walkway past
the shops until you come to a ramp, which is the walkway
down to New Street. At the bottom of the ramp turn
left and cross over the road onto the pedestrianised
area and then take the third street on the right (Temple
Street). Birmingham Law Society is two thirds of the
way up the hill on the left, next to the Household
bank.
Via Snow Hill Station
On arrival, take the escalator up to the main
floor and walk straight ahead through the main entrance,
a glass covered tunnel and leafy enclosure, to Colmore
Row. Cross over the road at the pedestrian crossing,
turn right and then left to follow the path across
the church yard and around the cathedral. Follow this
path (keeping the cathedral on your right) to the
top of Temple Street. Walk down the hill and Birmingham
Law Society is located on the right hand side, next
to the Household bank
Car Parks
The nearest car park is located immediately above
Snow Hill station
